Article 1. Members convicted by a Talossan court shall be subject to removal, on a case-by-case basis, when it is determined that an Member of the Cosa lacks the requisite moral character to function in the legislature. Determined by who? Apart from this, I have no problem with the first two articles.

Well, since everyone seems opposed to electing a Speaker of the Cosa (similar to the Senate President), I suppose it would be up to each individual MC.

It just seems like the first article could be better worded by either doing something like this:
"when it is determined by a Member of the Cosa that another Member of the Cosa lacks the requisite moral character to function in the legislature."
or removing the 'determined' clause.

Organically, the Cosa DOES have a Speaker (or Túischac'h), appointed by the King on recommendation of the Seneschal. A new one ought to be recommended and appointed, as the last was S:reu McGarry, who is no longer a Member of the Cosa..
