I strongly agree with this bill. Kosovo is entirely able to be recognized, and, since Talossa wants to get involved in world politics (i.e. the International Community Entrance Bill), I think this would be a good first step into becoming a recognized entity ourselves. We have to do some of this small scale political stuff before we can just jump right into the international political pool. Here is a link for a website for learning Albanian, it seems pretty straightforward and reliable: www.cezarkurti.com/#ADitën e mirë (May I point out: there are seemingly TONS of relations to our language, El Glhetg and Albanian...very very interesting...) EDIT: coding

I'm pretty sure most Kosovan government officials can speak some English. They were, after all, under UN rule for several years. One is bound to learn quite a bit of English that way!
Just to note:
The ICE actually failed in the Senate

Just to note: The ICE actually failed in the Senate Yeah, I do believe that English is actually an official or officially recognized minority language in Kosovo, but it would be much more impressive to send a letter in Albanian, albeit simply worded, with a more formal English copy attached. Sadly, we have no way to proofread such an Albanian letter. Yet, nonetheless, I think such involvement in national politics is a must, and a letter of some sort be provided to the Kosovar government recognizing their sovereignty. I know about the failure, which, if I am correct, means it will just come back to the Cosa and will most likely be voted again and pass there.

Could you direct me to the OrgLaw article where this is spoken upon?

He means Org V.6, but he is incorrect. It just fails to pass.

Like I said, I read it fast and just misread. Sorry for the confusion.

I noticed you clarked this bill... I don't know if you were intentionally clarking it early, but you should be aware that you are way too early. Organicity requires it spend ten days under discussion. My apologies, twas a mistake that will not be repeated. Additionally Senator Davis, seeing as you are one of the majour critics of this bill, if you would respond regarding my assessment to your concerns, as well as add any additional concerns, I'd much appreciate it. I'd like to ensure that any disputes that can be resolved are cleared up. Will this bill be clarked for April? It is my hope that it will be. Here is a link for a website for learning Albanian, it seems pretty straightforward and reliable: www.cezarkurti.com/#A Thank you S:reu Vürinalt, much appreciated. As promised, I'll do everything in my power to learn the basic concepts of Albanian and speak/write at least some amount of the language as soon as humanly possible. You know, this could be that "third language" we've been looking for.... because Danish is too similar to German, Icelandic is too vague and unlearnable on the internet, and Polish (as you stated) was "written by drunk people".

I am very happy that you take the legislative process so seriously, MC Caceir... it is very much to be commended!
Yes, I will be happy to further comment. To be honest, I have read and considered your replies, and have been contemplating how I feel about them. Were this to come to a vote today, I would abstain, but since we still have some time (a month), I hope you will not begrudge a little longer to consider?

I think MC Caceir's willingness to take things slowly is an extremely admirable thing, and the LRT fully supports the intent of this bill.

You know, this could be that "third language" we've been looking for.... We've been looking for a "third language"? Seems to me like we have a big enough challenge in encouraging widespread use of our first language (Talossan).

Firstly, thanks to Senator Davis and MC Edwards for their kind words. Yes, I will be happy to further comment. To be honest, I have read and considered your replies, and have been contemplating how I feel about them. Were this to come to a vote today, I would abstain, but since we still have some time (a month), I hope you will not begrudge a little longer to consider? Of course not, take your time. We've got the whole of March to perfect this proposal before I request it to be clarked. If there are additions you can recommend, make them, and we can discuss it. If there are things you want removed, that just as easily can be discussed. The same goes for everyone. The best way for this to be a truly Talossan operation regarding Kosovo is to have as many Talossans as possible weigh in on it. We've been looking for a "third language"? Seems to me like we have a big enough challenge in encouraging widespread use of our first language (Talossan). Hahaha... no no.... personal matter between MC Vürinalt and I. Nevermind it ;D.
