Assertion: the written guidelines on what constitutes bona fide party membership in Talossan politics might be a helpful resource when the time comes for the EC to consider this issue. That would be serious meddling in a party's internal affairs, which would be inOrganic. Exactly.

I disagree that Present is a registrable entity in the same way that other write in parties are. After all, present has a clearly established meaning based on longstanding precedent, whereas something like IEVAAP has not.
Anyone, now that IEVAAP is a registered party, the EC probably has little choice but to award the vote to that party. (Otherwise, why let the party even be registered and accept the payment and everything.)
But it's good that people are coming up with ideas to prevent this situation in the future.
