RZ9 (The Updating A.12 Act) - PËR
RZ10 (Following the Law is not a Suggestion Act) - PËR
RZ11 (Following the Law is not a Suggestion Act II) - PËR
RZ12 (The Boundaries of Religious Freedom Act) - PËR
RZ13 (The man who can't be moved act) - PËR
RZ14 (SENSE OF THE ZIU: GENDER EQUALITY) -
For true equality, I don't think gender should be taken into account at all when choosing the new UNSG. This Sense of the Ziu seems to advocate giving preference to the female candidates.
AUSTANÉU
RZ15 (RCOR Extension Act) - First, let me express my displeasure with the Free Democrats regarding the RCOR. Dama Miestra returned from a weeks-long "break" from Talossa to complain that the Commission was inactive, only to leave again for additional weeks. Don’t get me wrong; Talossans have every right to leave for a time (as I did just a couple days ago), but it is incredibly facetious of her to make such a complaint about others given her circumstance as member of the Commission. Dr. Nordselva, the chairmen of the Commission, has joined in this complaining, but has not done very much himself. Again, I understand that people have extra-Talossan lives, but the FreeDems seem to fail to understand that everyone has extra-Talossan lives, not just them. This, of course, is a fundamental hindrance to Talossa, and probably the fundamental hindrance to the RCOR. No one has enough time to dedicate to revising the Organic Law all in one sweep, no matter how many times the deadline is extended.
As most of you know, I was never a big fan of the RCOR to begin with, and it was only grudgingly that I accepted a spot on it. While my initial prediction, that whatever proposal came out of the RCOR would be rejected by the Ziu, has not occurred, the Commission seems to have worked even less effectively than I predicted, as it has not even produced a proposal for the Ziu to reject!
The RCOR was not finished on February 1st as mandated by 48RZ18. It was not finished on March 1st as mandated by 48PD1. It was not finished on May 1st as mandated by 48PD5. It cannot be finished by July 1st as mandated by 49PD1, and, if history repeats itself (as it often does), it will not be finished on August 1st as would be mandated by 49RZ15. There is very good reason to believe that RCOR will not be finished, ever.
As it stands now, the Royal representatives to the RCOR are completely inactive, the FreeDems opts to blame the RUMP for sandbagging their beloved legacy rather than actually work on the project, the RUMP for their own part (based on what Sir Cresti has said) seems to have given up on it, and I admit I haven’t done a whole lot either since submitting my report in April. Not to mention that the TNC has no representation, and the Ziu is paralyzed. Talossa as a whole has gotten sluggish during the last couple of months. I can’t tell whether this sluggishness has caused the RCOR to go inactive, or if RCOR obstruction of the Ziu has led to less debate and less participation.
The RCOR has served fairly well as a think tank. But we are deluding ourselves if we think yet another extension will magically make the RCOR function better than it did after receiving the last three extensions, and it is time to get real. Let’s not drag this out any further.
CONTRÂ
RZ16 (The right to vote in time act) -
Epic has pointed out that this amendment would allow the King to dissolve the Cosa whenever he felt like it (as long as it was before the end of it's last month), via a loophole in the wording. While there are similar loopholes in III.2 and XIII.4 that need to be closed, I would rather not add another one.

I think I fixed things, but your TNS MC can vote here, on Wittenberg... Or he use the Facebook login link to login, and I can approve it.

As to RZ9 (The Updating A.12 Act), I vote per. Good work.
As to RZ10 (Following the Law is not a Suggestion Act), I vote contra.
As to RZ11 (Following the Law is not a Suggestion Act II), I vote contra.
As to RZ12 (The Boundaries of Religious Freedom Act), I vote contra. Senator Tresplet's case against this bill was persuasive and has gone unrebutted.
As to RZ13 (The man who can't be moved act), I vote per. Looks good.
As to RZ14 (SENSE OF THE ZIU: GENDER EQUALITY), I vote contra. This should be a clear priority when considering any candidate at any time, since including the voices of those who have been traditionally locked out of many positions just makes an organization stronger. But I'm not on board with entering Talossa into this culture war.
As to RZ15 (RCOR Extension Act), I vote contra. Neither the de facto nor the de jure leaders of the RCOR seem to actually want to get that body moving, as no votes or discussion or anything have been scheduled and there has been no discussion in weeks. Not that there was ever much discussion on the merits of the many sweeping changes in the first place, but it seems pretty clear that they're just looking for someone to blame besides themselves... there's no sense of urgency or even of mild interest at this point. I think it's abundantly clear the RCOR was given many many opportunities to succeed, but three times the original amount of time is more than ample already.
As to RZ16 (The right to vote in time act), I vote per. It seems like this will make things work more smoothly.
I vote in favor of the vote of confidence.

He didn't vote in the previous Clark, so unless he votes today, he will lose his seat. Considering the situation, I don't see why (unless a law I don't know of is in the books) you couldn't reassign his seats back to him.

Hi,
I want to cast my vote via this way, and hopefully it is in time. The system didn't allow me to do it directly. The password I got a month ago or so simply still doesn't work for me, and not because I'd forgotten it; while I also don't have any facebook account. In addition, I also received a mailer daemon saying my message to sos@... account got rejected. I vote for a certain Marti-Pair Furxheir, our Secretary of State. Please accept it.
By any other questions, please turn to Mr. Brandon Nakasato. Currently, I am in the hospital because of food posoning and have no internet access as been mentioned above.
Thanks.
Tamás
