The Members of the Chancery fix

WHEREAs the Deputy Secretary of State may replace the Secretary of State should he become unavailable AND

WHEREAS the Members of the Chancery may not replace the Secretary of State should be become unavailable AND

WHEREAS El Lexhatx says the opposite
AND

WHEREAS the author of that original bill was clearly stupid and unable to write clearly AND

WHEREAS I just looked who was the author so please ignore the previous WHEREAS 

THEREFORE the Ziu resolves to amend El Lexhatz, Article C, Section 1.1.1 which currently reads:

1.1.1. Members of the Chancery are to be considered as if they were Deputy Secretary of State, without the ability to replace the Secretary should he become available. Members may act in the name of the Secretary of State and perform official business as delegated to them by the Secretary. (30RZ11)

Is replaced by:

1.1.1. Members of the Chancery are to be considered as if they were Deputy Secretary of State, without the ability to replace the Secretary should he become unavailable.
