I am pleased to be able to announce that discussions with the Party Leaders have led me to believe that while no Party won a majority of the seats in the 48th Cosa, S:reu Carlüs Xheraltescù will be able to form a Government that will have the support of the new Cosa. Therefore, I hereby appoint S:reu Xheraltescù Seneschal dal Regipäts Talossan. Congratulations to the new Prime Minister, and thanks to all who have participated in this process.
