Well this is uncomfortable...the king has not appointed me to the bench despite a clear vote in the Ziu. I have messaged His Majesty King John several times and he replied on April 29 with the following message: "Oops. Just saw this. Yes, I got your email. I'll get you appointed soonish. If not today, then real soon. Thanks." That was 10 days ago. It's frustrating to me that our king has not appointed me yet. After reading the text of the Organic Law, I see that I am also required to post an oath, which I do so below, in the hopes that sometime in the foreseeable future our king will log in and see this message.


I, Dr. Txec dal Nordselvă, do solemnly, sincerely and truly affirm and declare that I will duly, faithfully and to the best of my knowledge and ability execute the office of Magistrate without fear or favour, affection or ill will towards any man, woman or child and that I will uphold the Organic Law and the laws of the Kingdom of Talossa. This I do solemnly affirm.

I am happy hereby to appoint Dr Nordselva, in accordance with the vote in the last Clark, to the office of Magistrate, with real gratitude for his willingness to serve.
