The people of Vuode and Cézembre having done their part in establishing for themselves and their posterity Provincial Constitutions, and (moved by impatience engendered by the King's pretty-much-inexcusable laziness) having gotten the Senate and Cosa to pass inOrganic legislation purporting to proclaim those Constitutions (which legislation I vetoed), it falls to me to satisfy the just aspirations of the people, and, getting the lead out as it were, to make the proclamations myself. We John by the grace of God King of Talossa and of all its Realms and Regions, King of Cézembre, Sovereign Lord and Protector of Pengöpäts and the New Falklands, Defender of the Faith, Leader of the Armed Forces, Viceroy of Hoxha and Vicar of Atatürk, do hereby proclaim the Provincial Constitutions of Vuode and of Cézembre, as those Constitutions appear in the proposed "Constitution for Vuode Act" (40RZ14) and "Cézembrian Constitution Act" (40RZ13) in the 5th Clark of the 40th Closa.
Done under our hand royal at the city of Lone Tree in Colorado, this feast of Saint Polycarp Bishop of Smyrna and Martyr, the 26th day of January in the year of salvation 2010, being the 31st of the independence of Talossa, and of our reign the 3rd.
