WHEREAS it has been more than a fortnight since Bryan Vellucci (Mamma Mia!!) first posted on Wittenberg, and
WHEREAS the said Bryan has in that time demonstrated an active and genuine interest in Talossan life and culture, and
WHEREAS the honorable above-mentioned individual desires to obtain citizenship in the Kingdom of Talossa, and
WHEREAS by all indications it appears that Bryan would be a loyal and dedicated citizen, and
WHEREAS S:reu Vellucci finds languages and culture in general fun,
THEREFORE I, Xhorxh Asmour, citizen in good standing of the great province of Maricopa and of the Kingdom of Talossa, humbly request of the Secretary of State that he would
ISSUE A GRANT OF CITIZENSHIP TO
Bryan Vellucci, as specified by law.
