I submit to the Assembly, on the record, the following advice for future Assemblies. I am not offering it for a vote, just as guidance to what I think personally.
The order of business for a new Assembly should start with a few specific items that should be addressed first after members are assigned their seats, as matters of necessity under provincial law.
1. A member should call the Assembly to order. Any assigned member can do this. 2. The incoming Assembly should elect a Grand General Secretary. 3. They should assess the need for a Grand Specific Undersecretary - did the current one perform his functions last term? If yes, then no need to worry. If not, then perhaps a new choice is in order. 4. The new Assembly should take measures to assure the next election, directing the GGS to request that the national Secretary of State conduct it. This is a safety measure - if the Assembly later votes to conduct the vote by itself or under different terms, then it can always so instruct the Secretary of State. The failsafe of the Maritiimi-Maxhestic Senator conducting the election, as specified in our electoral law, should be a last resort. 5. Lastly, the Assembly should review the previous term, determining if there is any old business such as drafted legislation that needs a vote or concerns from the citizens. Any member can do this and report back of his own volition.
This is what seems to me the best order for getting imperative matters taken care of.

S:r Davis thank you for your guidance and the order of business it is a good start for the new assembly. I have some ideas that i would like to offer for consideration by the next assembly.
I know that a majority of members of the last assembly disagreed, But we need to Submit the 2008 Constitution ratified by the people of M-M IN referendum, for promulgation by the Cunstaval as specified by the kingdoms organic Law.
At the moment without a formal constitution under the terms of the Organic law the Cunstaval can take over as Military Governor at any time.
Also maybe We could amend the Election law so that the SOS automatically conducts the election and a vote on who should conduct the election would only be needed if the SOS advises he is unable to do it or the assembly wishes to do it itself.

Those would be some good things to debate in the next Assembly, I agree.
I move that we adjourn and close the business session of this fifth meeting of the Assembly.
