Marti-Pair Furxheir S.H. Fiova's conducting its own Senatorial election, so there's no need for the ballot to ask Fiovans for their choice of Senator (despite the fact that I went on autopilot and cast my vote anyway... Ooops). You will receive the summary of the vote and will certify the results yourself. I'm afraid that's not what will be happening, since Fiova uses a preferential voting system and also by law requires that it is conducted by our own Secretary of State.

Oh... someone REALLY should have kept me informed. I don't know whom it should have been... For the next Election,I plan to REALLY have custom provincial voting section. Notably, I want to reform how to vote for the Ataturk election. I also want to build a lot more tools to help provincial SoS like a mass email tool. Perhaps I can whip up something quick this week for JUST the fiova people with a custom provincial ballot written by your SoS. I can't promise it, but I can try... Would that help you? I can also, when I confirm the votes, remind the Fiovan that their vote is unique, but I would need to know EXACTLY what to reply.

I have emailed a ballot. I assume it has been received, though I await confirmation. I saw it, but it will only be officially confirmed tomorrow, when I take the time to do it properly, validating each vote and entering them. Today is a Sunday, and I had a lot to do...

I think you said that we should get in touch if we needed help from the Chancery, and since it was never the plan for the Chancery to be involved with our election nobody thought it was necessary to get in touch. Anyhow, we had to delay our nomination phase by two days so I think officially elections for Fiova's Senator start on the 17th. I think we've got it covered in Fiova, so don't worry about sending anything out. We'll take care of it.

Any votes collected by the Royal Chancery are void anyway, since it's not a preferential ballot. Plus by Fiovan Law it needs to be you that conducts the election, S:reu ProvSoS.

Maybe we should send out an email, sent at intervals so it doesn't get caught in filters, telling people to check their spam for their ballot?

I will send a reminder to those who didn't vote yet in a few days, but it will be from the same server so chances are that if there were in the spam filter once, it will be again there, sadly...

Well, we should figure out a way to do this. If need be, we can ask someone else to send the reminder emails.
