And I'll take both IND seats for now. (I might later drop the second for the other IND voter, but to get things moving . . .)

I'm willing to take one if you'd like Istefan. That's your decision though.

I'm willing to take one if you'd like Istefan. That's your decision though. As a Chancellor, I resign one of my two seats in the Chancellery, while retaining the other. As Arvitier Prima, I take official notice of this, and inform the IND's leader in the province that he has a seat to fill. As IND's party leader, I assign the vacant party seat to Txosuè Veirnarac'h Pologn. As Arvitier Prima, I take official notice of this, and welcome Chancellor Txosuè Veirnarac'h Pologn to the Legislative Chancellery.

Just checking, given the current trend of CSPPers going rogue - it is MY responsibility to assign the CSPP seat, right?

That depends on the internal procedures of the CSPP I guess.

Just checking, given the current trend of CSPPers going rogue - it is MY responsibility to assign the CSPP seat, right? Responsibility? The law is less than clear on that. But as I ruled above, in case of it being unclear who gets to assign a party's seat, we'll go with the assignment made by the national leader. So if you wish to contest a CSPP seating (let's say, for sake of being reasonable, prior to the close of the first month's voting session), you can, and name someone else in his place.

I wasn't trying to go rouge, I just thought that I was the only one available to take the seat.
