Another thought I had, should the Parish naming/Capital relocating be referenda? I mean, we already have the New Flag Act on Maricopa's ballot, why not a couple more?

Well, if we do, we have a month to get a bill wrote and voted on. I'd go with Sir Cresti's earlier idea, to remove the capital bit from the Constituziun and have it be a matter of statute. I mean, the US Constitution doesn't contain the line "The capital shall be Washington, D.C." (Although state constitutions might do somehing like that... Further research is required.) And it definitely doesn't say anything about boundaries. So any bill would have to either dump or change the capital bit, then go on to define the boundaries of stuff in a FURTHERMORE.

I agree with part of that. We don't need to define the capital in the Constitution, but at the same time, the US Constitution does reference a federal district: To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square)... But I digress.

It may indicate a federal district but not the name since, of course, Washington hadn't been president when the Constitution was created.

I would like to suggest that Canun Parish be the smallest one, which, as far as I can tell, is 112-3xx. I'd also suggest putting Schwichtenberg Parish near Capitol/Capital Parish, in 113-2xx. All this leaves is Morris, Minot, and Siervicül. Any opinions on where those need to go?

Morris: 26, so 112-2xx. Minot: 4, so 110-1xx. Siervicül: 66, so 113-1xx. That was easy.
