Yeah, but Talossa, at least from what I've seen, has always seemed to be more geared toward the government, with a side focus on the language. True. So true. It's always been that way. |

The purpose of the Toxophilite Club is to foster an interest in traditional archery. It is an interesting and challenging hobby with a rich history. I encourage all members (and non-members) to vist The Archery Library to learn more. |

 Vitxalmour Conductour and I engaged in our first archery match yesterday. As can be seen from the picture, we both stink. It was great fun, however. We would both like to be enrolled as members of the Clubhouse. |

It takes a great deal of practice and dedication to be even a decent traditional archer, let alone an expert. Continue to practice, pay close attention to your form and you're skills will improve.
Perhaps it's time to commence club activities again. If you are interested, please contact me via private message so that I can get a members list together. We'll move forward from there.

Due to lack of interest, the Toxophilite Club is hereby CLOSED.
I'd like to thank everyone who took part and I hope you continue to enjoy traditional archery. It's a great hobby and is very rewarding.
I'm a bit sad and more than a little disappointed that this didn't catch on. Well, such is life.

Inactivity is no excuse to permanently dissolve an organization in Talossa! New citizens may come along with an interest in archery, then you can just dust off the Clubhouse and reopen it for business. Vitx and I have been running our Benitian Bocce League for several years now. We are the only two members, and we've seldom played recently, and nobody else has ever expressed an interest in bocce.Still, we carry on.
If it helps, our recent attempt at archery has made me hanker to try it again. Keep the Clubhouse open, Audrada!
