voting is no longer possible. C2 has passed with, again an overwhelming majority.
There are still a few things that might be changed in the constitution, but in the next few months I'll be away quite often. I suggest we hold the referendum the last two weeks of the 4th clark, so the king has enough time to proclaim it before the 6th clark start.

I agree, perhaps we should have the voting on the referendum run concurrent with the 4th Clark, (e.g. from the 1st - 21st), so people have time to read, think about and vote on the Amendments being proposed? Hopefully we should have a Cunstaval appointed by His Majesty before the 4th Clark, but if we don't it will give us plenty of time to bug the King to proclaim it before the General Election!

The problem is that I'll be in Canada at the same time as the 3th clark. Suppose someone wants to propose another amendment before the referendum, we should have the possibility to vote on that one as well.

I think it should run along side the Clark dates to give the entire populace of Cezembre, a chance to vote on the amendments and also allows for whoever is running the referendum to send out friendly reminder emails/pms once a week or so to those who haven't voted. I think cramming a referendum into two weeks will by enlarge only give those active on Witt a chance to vote, which is once again, mostly those who have already voted on the amendments in the L'Etats. So I think we should have a longer period to allow non-active people to vote, or else what's the point of referring the Amendments to the citizens, if only (or mostly) the members of L'Etats will be the only people voting on it twice?

As regards if someone has another amendment, well that can be voted on and put to the people at the next referendum or election time, no need to cut a referendum voting time short on a "what if".

1 I can see your point and I think youre right, so if no-one else has a problem with it we will hold the referendum alongside the 4th clark.
