WHEREAS Vuode is a revolutionary province (Power to the People!), and WHEREAS our revolution should be expressed in everything about us, including our dress, and WHEREAS we can think of nothing more revolution-inspiring than the below, now THEREFORE we establish the following as the official provincial dress of Vuode: 1. Headwear A red beret with a black five pointed star at the front. 2. Shirt A plain white t-shirt 3. Pants Black pants or dark jeans. 4. Overwear A leather jacket, preferably with some revolutionary slogan stitched on the back and some revolutionary patches on the right sleeve. 5. Footwear Black army boots. I fully support this. It is right that the people of Vuode stand together to show unity during our revolution. I can think of no better way to show this than what this bill achieves.

I don't really get the point of this. lol. I'm trying to figure out which revolutions have officially sanctioned "dress codes" as opposed to ad hoc style "okay they're wearing this and i'm wearing this." I prefer bottom up and not top down. It's a good start, I just don't want to be locked into anything.
Furthermore, this also sets up a possibility of "establishment." If I, or say down the line, future Vuodians are unhappy, this "dress" will become not revolutionary but seen as representative of the establishment. So I'm in two minds about this. While I think it's a cool idea, i don't know if it is really worth anything.

Well that's part of the joke.
Also, we're trying to set a "revolutionary/Anarcho-Syndicalist" Culture scheme for Vuode.

I believe Chairman Mao would be quite pleased by this.
I look forward to the Official State Breakfast Cereal in the upcoming days.

Um... you guys realize that Vuodeans don't have to wear it... it's like our official food in Talossa--Taco Bell. It's endorsed by us, but not every meal has to be eaten at Taco Bell.

Also, we're trying to set a "revolutionary/Anarcho-Syndicalist" Culture scheme for Vuode. Revolutionary Anarcho-Syndicalist culture scheme? In the province with the traditional motto "hic habitat rex" and provincial anthem "'N Regeu Xhust"? Preposterous!
