I don't think I have to sign (or veto) a Resolution, do I? So, since the only thing that passed was the CarFree Resolution, my legislative rôle this month amounts to having some beer, watching baseball, that kind of thing.
Which is just fine. Go Rox!

I believe resolutions of the Ziu cannot have the binding effect of law, since they are a traditionally-evolved institution. Since the OrgLaw clearly says that it is bills that will become law that must be signed, it seems pretty clear that the King is not required (or permitted!) to sign or veto a resolution.
Lucky monarch!
