That was when they were still members of the Party.

Flip, by resigning his position in the Party, and joining a 3rd party, renounced his right to assign seats.

The situation you are referring to was a bit different

Hummm so the "seats belong to the person" that paid for the party? But then later on they become the seats of the party... then later on still if those individuals leave the party they take the seats with them even if they resign from the very party that gave them the seats to begin with?

Is it just me or does it seem something wrong on how this all goes?

What happens if that person fails to vote, where do the seats go back to? the original party?

Please, people - don't rely on me cite Law and Discussions. If you love Talossa, learn Talossa. Read all the Statues. Read the Witt. Ask questions. Don't make me hold your hand to the flame we call the "History of Talossa"...embrace it, and make it yours!

Don't regurigitate past arguements that have been debated and discussed. Take the time to learn what has transpired before you got here.

The changes have been noted.

Precedent is that changes are made between Clarks. I am loathe to change seats in the middle of a Cosa. This could create a myriad of problems with voting counts, etc.

The changes will be made after the November Clark, and before the December Clark.
