Whilst I respect the King's wishes in the matter, and understand the motives for preserving his privileges here, I would point out two things:
1) By approving the Bill creating an Order, the monarch legally becomes the creator of the Order; it is his final decision which makes it an actual thing, and if he disapproves (as, perhaps, in this case), he may veto on the grounds that it is his right to, even more so here than elsewhere.
2) There have been prizes and orders of merit and so forth created by law before: I'd cite the "I wrote a book so gimme a prize" business as an example.

The signature of the King having been affixed to the approved legislation, with one piece being vetoed by Royal Prerogative in accordance with Organic Law, I would say that the business of the Ziu has concluded in this Clark.
While an issue has been raised by the Right Honourable Edwards, this is a discussion that should be carried through personal communication or elsewhere outside the chambers.
Not that anybody did anything wrong, I'm just asking the discussion move beyond these doors before we have a hot discussion thread in the Ziu.
