Thanks, everyone, for checking in. We have one more week for interested students to indicate that they are here and anxious for the class, and then -- hopefully! -- weekend after next, I will toss something together for Week 1 of this course.

I would like to participate in this course--yes one would expect a senator to be more familiar the national language, but alas I am not and hope to rectify that situation somewhat.
