What is a COUNSEL'S GENERAL?

You must mean Consul-General? Right?
Or do we now have Counselors that have their own Generals??? ;D
And I also think the United States have their own Embassy websites, perhaps you meant a Talossan Embassy to the US?? ;D

It gives me great pleasure to announce that I have appointed Danihel A. Forrestal [sorry no accents] to the vacant office of Counsel's General to the United States of America. I have charged him with getting a new online US Embassy up and running as soon as possible, much like the current Irish Embassy found from the Kingdom's website. I have full confidence in S:reu Forrestal and trust that he will execute his duties with the utmost in excellency.
