39RZ6: PER. I have a few personal reservations about this bill, but the overwhelming majority of my party, and Talossans in general seem to support it. If this is Talossa's will, I'll side with her. 39RZ7: PER. A good bill that should have been passed a while ago  . 39RZ8: CON. I view it as an unneeded change to a functioning process. Change for the sake of change is reckless. VoC: ÜC. The government is functioning. Just because it doesn't like certain bills doesn't mean it is disfunctional. |

39RZ6: PER - This seems harmless enough; our great nation just agreeing that we're as nice as the next one.
39RZ7: PER - This makes a lot of work for the Secretary of State, but it also includes a nice long "but the chances of him actually doing it is slim, and of finding someone he can delegate the job to even slimmer, and that's okay" clause, so I'm cool with it.
39RZ8: CON - I decided to vote against this legislation mostly out of a sense of simpatico with the GRUMP, who sponsored this bill. Also, while I do think that this is a subject that needs to be looked at, I also know from experience how difficult it is to conduct caucuses between party leaders in the interval between the elections and the beginning of the first Clark.
VoC: ÜC - The Deputy Immigration Minister, especially, is doing a great job.
