Since it was mentioned on this thread, I will go ahead and announce publicly that suit has been brought against the Secretary of State -- the Cort, in its usual plodding way of rarely doing anything, has not (still, yet, to this day) done anything about it...for weeks and weeks (ahem!) -- for having recorded the votes of two members of the Cosa (including those of MC Edwards) during the July Clark in (according to the suit brought by the government) violation of law.
