After reading Article VIII of the OrgLaw and thinking about I have decided some things:
I resign myself from the LRT Leadership and quit the Party I give 1 of my 5 seats to Robert Ben Madison, with the understanding that it says nothing about whether an MC has to be a cit or not I give 1 of my 5 seats to GV citing the same principle I give 1 of my 5 seats to George Walker Bush I give 1 of my seats to Captain Mick Preston, because I think he understands more than anyone how to use them I retain 1 of these seats. It is my understanding that the Chancery will notify each of these persons that they have received these seats and will send them a Clark each month unless they fail to vote twice in a row.
Thanks! Dréu

"Section 6. Except as otherwise provided by law, anyone eligible to vote in Talossa is eligible to hold any governmental position, including Member of the Cosâ."
Clearly, this is read as exclusionary based on common sense. Only your resignation and retention of one seat is Organic, MC Gavartic'h.
EDIT: Spelling.

Also, your order is wrong - you resigned first, therefore either keeping them for yourself or forfeiting them back to the party leadership - such as it is.

And they wonder why I drink.... So don't ask him "Mick, why do you drink?" It's a . . . Talossan tradition! (Apologies to Hank Jr.)

damn.... well since no one took my announcement seriously I guess I am still leading the LRT. So I assign to the two vacant seats to myself, giving me a total of 11 seats. Then I resign as leader and dissolve the LRT party leaving all current members of the LRT who hold seats as independents.
Thanks! Dréu

Now wait just a second! You resigned earlier in this thread, that much is clear, regardless of whatever other inorganic actions you tried to take!

If you've truly resigned, then my plan is to go independent of any political party for now. However, if this is just another "I'm-bored-and-I've-got-nothing-better-to-do" jokes of yours, please say so. It's getting tougher and tougher to decipher your statements, and whether or not I should take them seriously. well since no one took my announcement seriously I guess I am still leading the LRT. The rules do not bend to your will. This isn't a game, this is a functioning government. I could hardly see Howard Dean saying "Hey, I'm quitting and gonna go be an insane fascist!" and expecting the Democrats to welcome him back the next day with open arms.

I suggest all people coming out of the LRT should consider the Progressive Party. It's currently being discussed with S:reu Edwards.

Dreu:
You can't disband the party. It is registered thru August, or the next General Election. If at that time , no one steps forward to register it, then it is considered disbanded.
You can quit the party, though.

I would say the Progressives are an idea rather than anything concrete - more an opportunity to discuss the possibility of a new party, in the sort of position on the spectrum the LRT is/was.
