I do not think at this time that will be necessary. We're still in the early process of getting things done. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I hate to ask, but did you read the fine print for that forum?
"Additional Reasons forum forum deletion: ... - For intentionally or unintentionally attempting to remove, hide or move the sponsor advertisements being shown on your forum. (does this mean that people that use Firefox Adblocker, or other such programs violate the terms of agreement?) ... ...
- If the purpose of your forum is to promote another site. (Like KingdomOfTalossa.net ?)
- If your forum is only being used for redirection of users to another site or forum. (see above)
Forumer has the right to cancel any of its services without prior notice ... We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. "
Besides these questions, my biggest one is :
Why does Vuode feel the need to bolt from this forum/boards to their own separate board? Is there something you don't want the rest of the Kingdom to know?
I guess I'm basically wondering why Vuode needs to do this?

Ooh, my bad... didn't read that stuff...sorry. we don't "feel the need to bolt" it was simply a suggestion so that we could get our provincial government more organized. For instance, if we wanted to create a Provincial Court, it would kind of be hard to do that just using sticky threads... and just have one long thread for all court cases. Basically, it's just a way so that we can have an effective government here in Vuode.

My own efforts to promote M-M activity were ground down with the daily minutiae a long time ago, and I just want you to know that if you need any help, I offer you the full support of my province (inasmuch as I can do so).

Azul Esteemed Secretary of State Mickster, I'm glad you decided to swing by our province to see how things are going, and I trust your means of transport, jumping to conclusions, was pleasent. I can assure you Vuode has nothing to hide and the idea has already been rebuffed. Being as that is what it was, merely an idea, are we to now be interogated for ideas by insinuations of secrecy? I would hope those that are high up in Talossan government would know what is going on and wouldn't have to make any unfounded insinuations towards any of our citizens, regardless of past conversations. :-P I would also hope that Vuode remains a province where different ideas may be thrown around freely. I'm sure you would agree that an active and open citizen base would be the best for my fair province. That being said, hope you have a safe and wonderful trip back to the Maritiimi-Maxhestic Province.

(Appendeged to V's Thing) We have made all of our ideas public, the triprimiership, the tricourt, etc. The forum was only an idea so that we could more easilyrun our government.

Why a veto? Couldn't this be a recipe for continuous stalemates?

Why a veto? Couldn't this be a recipe for continuous stalemates? Actually that direct democracy idea has been scrapped... so... there are no more vetoes...

Why a veto? Couldn't this be a recipe for continuous stalemates? Actually no, because the only way for the cort to rule on a law would be if a citizen of the province suied. The Cort could not just look at random laws and rule, someone outside of it would have to initiate it. Essentially, this is how it is done in the US Supreme Court, cases are brought before it.

Hmm... it seems V's email hasn't stimulated too much, perhaps it's too early to tell though, I didn't exactly expect unactive people to just jump on the bandwagon once they got the email... I would be interested in joining the Vuodean court as either a judge or a lawyer. That is, if our resolution passes.

When things are ready to occur on a large scale, all parties involved will be informed.
