I think we should consider putting up sticky threads which would consist of our provinicial hopper and provincial states-general, so we could actually get something done. What do you guys think? (Our hopper/states-general would work essentially the same way the federal one does except ours would just be a sticky thread, not a new board.)

Normally, the threads in each forum are displayed according to their most recent post. The thread with the most recent activity gets listed first. A "sticky" thread, however, is always at the top of the list despite the age of its posts. That way it won't get lost. For example, in the Immigration forum, the threads for current prospectives and the Wittiquette post are always stickied. You can tell sticky threads by the red thumbtacks on their icons.
