Dear Chancellor - This is what our University needs for our Mathematics Department! Many, including Lord Hooligan and Sir John, will be able to understand the higher functions they describe. Personally, I like their unique method for integrating curves. All Talossans are invited to see their presentation. Too bad there's no Nobel prize for mathematics. Trotxâ

This material is certainly appropriate for integration into the curriculum, and there will be many visiting professors and subject matter experts who can contribute to well rounded education of Talossan students. However, at this point we need to get citizens involved with departmental organization. S:reu Tumulty has expressed some interest in maths, however his other activity in Political Science may be of primary focus to start.
As to the topics of recognition of persons outstanding in their field of study or endeavor, it would be entirely appropriate for this august institution to have the ability to bestow honorary degrees to those deserving. First we need arms to put upon said diplomas, but the College of Arms has not yet met concerning that idea as posted in that forum. It is my sincere hope that any talk of university and colleges therein have in any way insulted that organization, as there is no intent to usurp their importance in any way.

Personally, I would love to see our university lecturers adopting this revolutionary new method of teaching, which I am sure will be proven to be far superior to the outdated teaching techniques used in 'traditional' universities across the world. It also demonstrates the need for a more aggressive policy for recruiting females to Talossa and the University.
Finally, given the upcoming election, we can also adapt this technique for campaign purposes - just imagine what a bikini-clad Lord Hooligan could mean for the RUMP's electoral fortunes.
