The door opens, and an I wander in and toss a bundle of oddly colored, dried carnations upon the lectern.
NON is my vote of confidence.
I suggest new elections at the earlies available opportunity.

Out of curiosity, MC Briga, may I ask why you are voting no confidence? You voted confidence last Clark, and there are no bills on this one... I can't think of anything the administration might have done. What happened?

(notice, he suggests new elections at the earliest date...which coincides with the already scheduled General Elections being held in December....)

LOL. A vote of confidence in the final Clark of the Cosâ has always been something of a silly thing to have. While I will stop short of voting non, I join with my esteemed colleague across the aisle in calling for the dissolution of the Cosâ at the end of this Clark, and for elections to be held post-haste!
Confidently, Hooligan

Clearly you all are wrong, this is an extremely important clark as we have a lot of dire issues being voted on (like a raise for the Minister of Immigration and a budget increase for the Ministry)...
My vote of confidence is ÜC, I think this government, the first government under our new King (who is looking very kingly today... j/k) has performed competently, smoothly and (in keeping with the spirit of the RUMP) ridiculously... wait a minute...
Anyway, as the first government to form under our new King, I think we have performed excellently and would rather go down in the final clark showing my support for it rather than calling for early elections, which would coincide with elections anyway... wait i'm confused...... *puts beer down*

Wakes after being nudged by a neighboring MC, still in the fog of sleep, and slightly confused by his surroundings, he notices everyone appears to be looking at him expectedly. Wanting to return to his nap, he says the first thing that comes to mind:
"Üc"
Seeing as everyone's attention drifted to someone else, he declares success and puts his head back on the desk.

(Throwing what is left of my tenth Miller in the sink...)
(hic) I always thought all of you guys (especially our most revered King and ... I forget his name now... lend me a HAND, please) are wonderful, so I couldn't help but vote ÜC.
(Dozing off and dropping the empty glass on the floor...)

[The Seneschál rises to address the Cosâ.]
Fellow MC's,
Now we approach the end of my term of administration of His Majesty's government. I want to thank you for the confidence you placed in me (I thank even those who now have unfortunately lost that confidence because this body and the Senate have approved referenda that will remove the name Rouergue from our Organic Law, and that will give the Ziu the power to deny the throne to a blood-heir).
Thank you, my friends, for your Talossanity; it has supported me in this office, and has supported your nation for the eight months during which I have been privileged to serve as your Seneschál.
With pride in my Ministers and their many efforts on this nation's behalf, I consider it a my final privilege of this office to vote Üc on the vote of confidence.
I yield the floor.
[The Seneschál performs a Zog salute to honour his countrymen, steps down from the virtual podium, and exits the chamber.]
