Via Personal, Administrative, or Legislative methods, in my opinion, this body must immediately recognize the fact that due to the wishes of his legal guardian that the King has in fact abdicated, without regard to any other factor, process, discussion, or other red tape. I have posted "Recognition of the Abdication of King Louis" in the hopper, such that effect that as per the previous sections of this thread indicate that it can be immediately withdrawn from the hopper and acted upon.

The King's current custodians DO NOT have the right to act as his guardian, so he has not abdicated. That's the point of the current discussion. There is a fairly comprehensive summary of the applicable law on Witt. Basically the government is the King's sole legal guardian: that guardian has not abdicated his thrown for him; it can be done only by an act of two-thirds of each legislative house and an unanamous cort.

On the other hand Ben did not seek Louis parents approval to involve him in the Kingdom in the first place, nor did he nor could he legally adopt him. Does the law allow that he could actually pick any child, despite his parents wishes, then claim that he is adopted and put him in line for the throne? This all seems very bizzare to me.
