The CÚG is the secret brotherhood of language geeks who work for the well-being and smooth development of the Talossan language.

Well, we're always in need of new blood here. If anyone is capable of helping in a constructive way and has some talent for languages, they'll surely be welcome. But I must warn you that CÙG members have lots of fun, like everyone else here is supposed to, but work really hard as well!

I'm not sure about talent, but I am fluently bilingual (in English and German) and speak French well enough and have some (but very little) Italian. I'd love to attempt another language, actually, which is one of the main reasons I registered here (but that's beside the point, forgive me for going off-topic). I'd love to join if I'm allowed to become a citizen.

Well, I'm half American, and I'd otherwise not have much English at my age if I weren't. Ideally though, yes, Europe's excellent for picking up many languages.

May I request some clarification please? It is my understanding that CUG is for those who already know the language, not for those who do not know the language and wish to learn. I was also under the impression that only those who are on the committee to discuss changes and updates. Have I been misinformed?

You got a point, Viteu!
Only people who have a sufficiently good knowledge of Talossan and/or a good knowledge of linguistics should be allowed into the CÚG

Those posts above have just provided me with the immense motivation to learn Talossan as well as I can.

Anyway, we're working on some ideas for a beginners' course in the very near future. Wait a bit! ;D
