[Chancery] Urgent! - Upcoming Senate & Nimlet elections

Azul citizens of Florencia,

I have currently no information about whether the chancery is requested to conduct the Florencian Senate election during the upcoming GE.
That means as it stands the chancery will not conduct the senatorial election.

Is this correct or will a request be forthcoming from the Governor, or the Nimlet (or perhaps the Constable in the absence of any functioning authority) to have the chancery conduct the Senatorial election in accordance with the OrgLaw?

I also understand based on your constitution that the chancery is requested to conduct your Nimlet election. If anything changes let me know.

Additionally, if the chancery is to conduct the upcoming Nimlet elections, does the province wish to provide specific additional instructions for voters to be included on the ballot?

I believe that Mximo has resigned as Governor of Florencia and is no longer even a citizen of Florencia so he doesn't have any say in the matter

Mximo is still a citizen of Florencia because he never asked the Chancery to change his citizenship. As for Governor, perhaps it could be argued that without a replacement being appointed he is still acting governor? I'll take what I can get I guess.

It would help if His Majesty urgently appointed a new Governor though.

I'm still a citenzen here, since the matter of my provincial assignement was put on hold.
We still need an act of the Ziu to move me back to my original provincial assigment.

An act of the Ziu is not required for this. I can change your citizenship if you tell me that is what you want.

Lex.E.7.3.1: "[...] Whenever any Talossan wants to move his provincial assignment to the province in whose assigned area he actually lives, he may do so by notifying the Chancery. The move will be officially recognised once the Chancery has validated the request. "

Yes.

Though to be sure, you are also currently listed as a senate candidate. (and yes, the chancery will conduct the election). If you switch during the election (or after being elected if that is the case) things might become somewhat messy.
