53RZ24: Contra. I like the overall idea (though I still somewhat prefer the arrangement that D:r dal Nordselva and I came up with some years ago), but agree with His Majesty that the requirement regarding UC justice qualifications is inorganic. I'd happily vote "per" without that subsection.
