Esteemed colleagues, it is my pleasure to open debate on the Third Clark of the 53rd Cosa.

Additionally, the Senate is still voting on a Sense of the Senate. The current tally is 3-1 in favour. Voting will end tomorrow July 2nd, if at least one more Senator has voted; otherwise, voting will be extended indefinitely until a single Senator votes.

I understand that the Senator for Florencia has recently returned from hiatus, and I am glad for it. However, it appears he is unaware of the fact that, for the past four years, all parties have agreed that the Organic Law needs reform (the only disagreement has been how and how much). Had the Senator cast a glance at the corresponding Hopper thread, he would have found myriad answers to his question.

RZ19 = contra, we may need it in the future bug war or Republican succession

If we do need our military in the future, it will actually work better if this bill passes. The bill doesn't get rid of the military; it only devolves military authority to the people who are most active within it.
