RZ10 - PËR RZ11 - PËR RZ12 - PËR RZ13 - PËR RZ14 - PËR RZ15 - PËR RZ16 - CONTRA: I wish I engaged in this when it was hoppered. I like the idea of requiring the applicant to engage with other Talossans as a requisite. I don't like that it excludes Wittenberg. I get what the act is trying to do, but I see potential for abuse here. Also, not everyone may want to correspond with complete strangers on facebook messenger, or through email, etc. off of a forum that they have just signed up for.

RZ10 - Për RZ11 - Për RZ12 - Për. I commend the Government for presenting a responsible budget that puts Talossa on the right path. RZ13 - Për RZ14 - Për. I almost cannot believe we might finally be at the end of the line. Props to my colleague from Maritiimi-Maxhestic for keeping the question of Organic reform alive, and to the other members of the original Committee on Organic reform for their initial excellent job. RZ15 - Austaneu RZ16 - Contrâ. I concur with my colleague from Vuode.

I understand your second concern, and indeed it was discussed during debate on the bill. Both the Chatzy and the Discord would count as off-Witt interaction, and those platforms are even less personal that Wittenberg. As to your concerns about potential abuse, you will need to be more specific.

I vote as follows:
RZ10: Per - I defer to the Cosa on this issue.
RZ11: Austanéu.
RZ12: Per.
RZ13: Contra - This bill loads the Talossan military establishment with unnecessary flag officer positions, out of all proportion to our force structure or even the total population of the kingdom. I strongly oppose increasing the number of flag officer positions from the traditional one: the Admiral. Our model in this should be other similar small countries like San Marino and the Vatican City, not the United States.
RZ14: Contra - S:reu da Dhi makes an excellent point about the danger of passing an OrgLaw reform that depends on significant portions of the OrgLaw being shifted to el Lexhatx without knowing what the Lexhatx bill looks like, or even whether anyone will actually write it.
RZ15: Per.
RZ16: Contra.

I can't help with the database, assuming you did everything right there should be no problem in voting there. As per voting by email, it's a long standing practice by the Chancery to only accept votes through the database or Wittenberg. I refer you to the usual Clark thread by the Secretary of State: For any issues regarding the monthly business and voting, do not hesitate to contact the Secretary of State or myself, whichever appropriate.

Agreed. I've been using the database to vote in elections, in the Cosa and in the Senate for years.

Agreed. I've been using the database to vote in elections, in the Cosa and in the Senate for years. Well I voted the last two and it didn't work for me. The no response from the GMAIL address is not good either. I voted here knowing that this would work after seven days waiting for a response. Just thinking mine has the VOC on it and that is the only "error" that I can think of ... Even though I realize my vote is not counted I can't help but vote CONTRA in the VOC so maybe that makes an error and negates the whole thing? Long live the King!

Yeah, on the Database you can't not fill in an option for the VoC. You need to have care to select your appropriate House at the top, and when inserting the vote the Database will discard the VoC if you are a Senator.
Did the DB not give you any error message at all when trying to cast your vote? For instance, if you try to vote as a Cosa member instead of as a Senator, it will warn you and block the insertion.
