The Provincial Colour Bill
WHEREAS ARTICLE I, Section 4 of the Constitution of the Glorious Province of Atatürk states that "The Provincial Flag, Arms, and other Patriotic Depictions not established in this Constitution shall be decided by Law" and
WHEREAS The Most Honourable Ian Viac'hteir Plätschisch issued Prime Dictate 52PD1 declaring that August 13th, 2018, be #KARED Day, celebrating that the colour denoting the province of Atatürk is red, and
WHEREAS it created a stir of activity provincially and nationally the likes of which we have not seen in recent memory, and
WHEREAS this is to be encouraged in these times of increasing distraction and disconnection, and
WHEREAS Atatürk has no official provincial colour, and
WHEREAS red is already featured as a highlight in Atatürk's flag, and
WHEREAS red is a symbol of life's blood, heart, courage and compassion, all of which this province and its citizens possess in abundance, and
WHEREAS a citizen of another province is actively campaigning that Atatürk should be yellow, which invokes imagery of falsehood, cowardice, deception, unreliability, urine, unbrushed teeth, untreated infection and armpit stains, and
WHEREAS that same citizen has Hoppered a bill to the Ziu to repeal 52PD1, and
WHEREAS it would be good for Atatürkers to recognize and reflect truly on who we are and what we stand for on a yearly basis, and
WHEREAS red is in our hearts, our blood, and our flag,
THEREFORE, we, the House of Commons hereby decree by law that red is the official colour of the Glorious Province of Atatürk, and
FURTHER, that #KARED Day henceforth be observed annually on the 13th of August.
