Hello Vuode,
this is a wake-up call from the Senäts. Your seat with us is empty, and therefore you currently have no direct representation in the Ziu. In such events, your Premier (or whatever you may call your Royal Lieutenant) should nominate an interim Senator to represent the Province.
Please do whatever you must to make the Senäts complete again. Thank you.

Pursuant to the Constitution of Vuode, the dissolution of the Estates General coincides directly with the dissolution of the national Ziu (Art III § 3). But because membership requires an affirmative statement that one intends to sit in the Estates General prior to the conclusion of the national election (Art III §§ 1, 5), and failure to do so disqualifies one from the Estates General until the next election. In any event, the Premier vacates his or her seat upon dissolution of the Estates General. As no individual in Vuode claimed a seat, no Premier can be elected, and therefore we have no Premier.

The Premier is the head of Vuode's executive branch. The Cunstaval is the Royal representative. It should be the Cunstaval that appoints an interim senator. You need to get a hold of Cesli or have the King appoint a new active Cunstaval who can then appoint a new senator. Çesli da Chilseu

Çesli da Chilseu No. According to Organic Law, only if there is no the provincial executive fail to appoint a new Senator within a fortnight, will the King or his appropriate Constable appoint an interim Senator.

Ok. It balances out to the same in the end, though, right?
No functioning executive leads to the same as an executive failing to appoint.
Use the fortnight to track down the Cunstaval or have the King appoint a new active Cunataval. Once the fortnight lapses the Cunstaval appoints an interim senator.
