Ahem! Premier Davinescu? I do not think that we ever did receive any suggestion date regarding the closure of the nomination. Just because I have been absent from Maricopa or Talossa for 3 months doesn't mean that I loose my interest and citizenship in the Nation. Further my absence was with information to a few people in Talossa and related to the loss of a fellow Maricopan. If the ninety day rule is to be implemented, such may be imposed on the close of nomination. Thus, I as the current premier notifies the start of the elections of the premier. Sorry for making what you believe to be unnecessary decision. After everything with what happened with the court, I didn’t know where you went but as a responsible citizen that’s interested in what we have here... I feel a vanishing act as irresponsible. I have a desire to be active in this nation and some appear to not. If you can’t be excited enough to be here and involved, you shouldn’t expect to be a leader. No, no one is required to be here for three months, but you can’t just leave without word and then be upset when the pushback starts. I’m so tried I people thinking they’re entitled and then do nothing to serve the people of this country. It has to stop and I say it stops now! I vote Davinescu for Premier

The deadlines for the votings have expired and the stalemate continues.
Thinking of referring to the Cunstaval for appropriate directions. Advisories would be appreciated.
Till such time the imbroglio is sorted out, or an interim is appointed by the Cunstaval, the incumbent to remain seated and manage the affairs.

If I may,
I would suggest either continuing to extend the deadline until there is no longer a tie, or the use of a random method. Halting the voting with no clear plan in place, meanwhile allowing the incumbent to remain in office, does not strike me as very democratic.
I will take my leave.

The voting is extended till Sunday 13th of May.
My vote continues for BenArd.
Since these are an extension of deadlines only, those of you who have already voted, need not vote again - until and unless you want to change your votes.

If I choose to shift to Ataturk and the same is approved, then the elections would end then and there and the remaining single candidate would be chosen as elected.

Since the Cosa has been dissolved by the Writ, there is no point in advancing the dates of this provincial elections. The next election would be held after the new members of the Cabana takes their seats during the course of the 52nd Cosa.
The present Premier and Provincial Secretary to continue doing his duties.
