I can't open the file.
Anyway, did you submit your revised plan before mine? I think that's what determines how Al will be called.

Resolutions for Turn 2:
TALC, action 9: Successful attack (no dice roll needed, 21 unit against 3).New Cezembre, action 10: Action not resolved: source land does not belong to New Cezembre.
TURN 3. Force Stacks: Seresa: 14*3 = 42 unitsNew Cezembre: 30 + 12*3 = 66 unitsTerminus: 12*3 = 36 unitsTALC: 17*3 = 51 unit
Third turn will be declared PRIVATELY (PM them to me). There is no deadline for Turn 3: we're waiting for everyone. New players are encouraged to register and place their Action Plans in Turn 3. I have virtually no time now, I'll reply everyone when I'm home. My reasoning before putting TALC last in the queue was that they have resubmitted their Action Plan. There was no rule for that, but I found it a comprehensible thing to do: if you re-submit, you are moved last in queue. It doesn't really change a lot in theory, sometimes it can even be beneficial. That's what happened this time. If you object to that, I will re-resolve this Turn, but I think my decision was a sensible one. P. S. Sorry I messed up the black color for New Cezembre, it spoiled the country border, but I'll correct it as soon as I'm home.

I simply moved your 21 units to conquered land because you won the battle hands down. It just didn't occur to me to battle every single unit against another unit, though that too seems like a sensible thing...

Eeh, I still have my force stack from last turn, so I should have 66.

If MPF was last in the queue, that means I got to Al first, at which point it should have been called Al. MPF conquered it directly after, but conquering a province that isn't free shouldnt give you naming rights...

1) Of course, 66. Sorry for that.
2) Nearly simultaneously. He did it some minutes before. But it's still a revised version, so I put it in a separate queue. Again, you or him are free to object if you so wish and we'll change this rule.
3) On battles. If we decide to determine living\dying units by battling them one-on-one, we'll need a rewrite of rule. What do you guys prefer?

(or leave it with it's previous name, if you so wish.)

per troop would be more sensible I think for future games, but since it would mean such a big change to the dynamic, I would be in favour of keeping the rules as they are.

When you conquer a capital, what happens to the other lands of that country?

When you conquer a capital, what happens to the other lands of that country? They become yours. Imagine Australia conquering Wellington; what'd happen to the rest of New Zealand?

I there are benefits to not renaming it everytime. When making a plan it helps to remember the names so you dont have to look them up everytime. Plus that way when you have a certain naming system, completely unrelated to the periodic table, there wont be gaps in your system whenever someone conquers one of your province.

We'll try this system next time we play too, then Notice how Seresa looks like a donkey.

Imagine Australia conquering Wellington; what'd happen to the rest of New Zealand? They'd form a middle-earth themed underground resistance movement?
