On the 27th of the month, I have to start planing the Clark.
I was wondering if by then, we would have a new government, or if the April Clark will be post phoned?
What are your thoughts?

I think the Clark can still go ahead even if the government isn't named. At the end of the 1st Clark, if no government is formed, then new elections would be called. I'll have to check the law to verify this (but I will be out of town so maybe someone else can check!).

I'll have to check the law to verify this (but I will be out of town so maybe someone else can check!). Article XI, Section 2 of the OrgLaw ...The King must appoint a new Seneschál or announce the continuation of the incumbent in office within one month of the end of elections, or, if after one month no candidate can be appointed with the support of a Cosa majority, dissolve the Cosa after the first Clark and call for new elections.

So the King has until the 1st April to appoint a new PM, by which time the first Clark will already be published and under vote. If no PM is appointed by this date at the end of the 1st Clark the Cosa is dissolved and elections begin again for the 50th Cosa.

Probably not in the next 48 hours, but probably before the first.

Probably not in the next 48 hours, but probably before the first. In all cases, I can still publish the 1st Clark...

Given the above, the King could appoint someone - anyone, including Carlüs the incumbent - as a caretaker PM to keep things ticking over, until new elections starting in May.

I don't think that will be necessary
