Per on all bills unless told otherwise by cazambren citizens That was in the Senäts' Clark discussion thread (where the Mençei asked senators for their thoughts on the pending bills), not in the voting thread. Considering that fact plus the contingent nature of Sen. Roibeardescu's comment ("unless told otherwise"), I don't think M-P can count that post as actual votes.

Agreed, although I would disagree about the nature of his comment; after all, we ARE allowed to change our votes until the Clark closes. So I would consider his language to mean that he might change his votes, if urged to do so by his constituents, further on.

It wouldn't actually change anything, really, but I suppose his assumption was that Senators cast their votes in the Senate. I also agree with Senator da Lhiun's interpretation.

We can, and we sometimes do. But there is a voting thread for that, albeit this Clark the Voting Thread has been opened one day before voting was to be closed...

I was going on holiday and was trying to vote before I left... and there wasn't a voting thread open yet

...Or any senator can start a senate voting thread. I got busy this month with my work and my two toddlers, so I didn't get to create the voting thread until a couple of days ago.

As Senator, it is everyone's own job to see that the SoS actually gets the votes. There is, as you said, this thread, and the Database. And if you don't know how to do any of those, then just PM the SoS, that should work, too, in dire circumstances! (I, for one, vote on talossa.ca; but I make sure to publish my votes on the Ziu Voting Thread, as well, just to be on the safe side!) I was just stating what the circumstances were, that might have lead Sen. Rôibeardescù to vote in the wrong thread.

I have added the 4 redistributed seats in the database, but I am still clueless as to what to do with the vote of Senator Txosuè Éiric Rôibeardescù
I certainly do not want to allow people to vote anywhere in Wittenberg, and in my humble opinion, if you do not vote in a supported place, it is a little your responsability to make sure I get it.
On the other hand, I did see his vote, and the way it was phrased didn't ring a bell that it was indeed a vote. Should have I understood that as a vote? I do not know, but at the time, I didn't see it as a vote, especially since it wasn't in a voting thread and it was marked as a conditional.
"I will go the store if my constituent do not interrupt me" isn't really a trip to the store... so I am confused as to how to handle that vote..

...well either way gluc isn't happy with me... voting PER on all 3, one or two of which he doesn't agree with... or not voting at all... could it at least be an abstain on all 3 as i attempted to vote?
