I think the Ayes have it. The Going Bicameral Act is passed into law. Let me remind the Chancellery that the dispositions contained in the act take effect from Saturday the 1st of August. Both Houses will first assemble on that day, and the Senate will then proceed to the election of a Speaker. The Maestro Iason Bitxichë Taiwos will then be free to make up to three additional appointments to the Senate, drawing (presumably) from past Maestros and prominent citizens who aren't serving in neither of the Houses. |
