Oh that's just a tongue in cheek justification for us not waiting ages to solve it. I think it's been Clarked already under this new rushed Clark regime, so I doubt it'll be included.

Indeed, sadly, I need to publish the Clark on the 1st of the month, so I don't have much leeway. I wonder however, couldn't you hopper your modification to change the amendment to add that sentence or instead, to hopper a bill installing a referendum for that specific amendment? |
