As there are no other contenders for the role I'd like to call for a simple vote. Please indicate PER or CON to S:reu da Fhöglha for Başbakan by 7:30 PM Talossa Time, 22 Sep 2014.

Congratulations, Başbakan da Fhöglha. Under Article II Section 5, the House of Commons will meet on an "as-needed" basis when called to do so by the Başbakan. However, any member of the House of Commons may, at any time, present proposed measures to the Başbakan within the House (II S.6).

Amendment for the Talossification of the TürkeysEstimat Başbakan da Fhoglha, In accordance with Article II, section 6 of our Constitution, I bring before you a bill which amends the said Constitution in order to give our institutions a more Talossan character by transliterating terms derived from Turkish according to Talossan orthography. Whereas, due to the naming of our province after a Turkish figure, and the associated designation of Turkey as part of the catchment area for Atatürk's provincial assignment, our own culture contains hints of the culture of that nation; and
Whereas, in recognizance of this connexion, the framers of our provincial Constitution (including the author of this bill) saw fit to give the chief executive and legislative leader of the province a title in the Turkish language -- Başbakan; but
Whereas, nowhere in our Constitution is the Turkish language enshrined as official alongside el glhetg and English; and
Whereas a synthesis of the above observations would suggest that the Turkish title should remain, but be given an official orthographic representation in accordance with our national language; now, therefore:
The King of Talossa, by and with the advice and consent of the Commons of Atatürk (two thirds of that House concurring), enacts as follows, contingent on approval in a referendum:
Throughout the Constitution, wherever the term "Başbakan" appears, the term "Báschbacan" is substituted.
Furthermore, the Commons of Atatürk encourage the use of the spelling "Báschbacan" regardless of the legal situation.

Cort of Common Pleas ActEstimat Başbakan da Fhöglha, In accordance with Article II, section 6 of our Constitution, I bring before you a bill which provides for a judicial system for our province. The King of Talossa, by and with the advice and consent of the Commons of Atatürk, enacts as follows:
(1) The judicial system of Atatürk consists in a Cort of Common Pleas, which has original jurisdiction over all suits, civil and criminal, arising under the laws of Atatürk.
(2) a. The Cort of Common Pleas comprises a single Chief Judge of Common Pleas, assisted by up to two Puisne Judges of Common Pleas. Together they are known as Judges of the Cort of Common Pleas. b. The Judges of the Cort of Common Pleas are nominated by the Başbakan and confirmed by a simple majority of the House of Commons. c. The Judges of the Cort of Common Pleas serve at the pleasure of the House of Commons, and may be removed from office by a vote of two thirds of the House of Commons.
(3) Cases in the first instance are heard by a single Judge selected by the Chief Judge.
(4) When there are Puisne Judges, appeals are heard by the entire Cort of Common Pleas, sitting as a bench.
(5) The Cort of Common Pleas may not rule on a matter of law except when it is relevant to a case brought before it.
(6) The Cort of Common Pleas is bound by the rulings of the courts of the Kingdom of Talossa, and the Organic and Statutory Law of the Kingdom of Talossa.
(7) The Cort of Common Pleas interprets the Constitution, and as such its rulings may enjoin the application or execution of law when it is contrary to the Constitution.

Thank you, Commoner Pinátsch. I want to let the people of this fair province know, that I intend to call meetings of the House quite often. The main points I want to address during this term are: - the complete revision and rewriting of our constitution, as started by the last Başbakan, Evan Cuntainça; - to greatly increase provincial activity here in Atatürk, by the intermediary of: - cultural projects, and the advocation that a part of the national budget should go to the provinces, to help with these projects; - the establishment of a citizen registry, and conducting a provincial census; - conducting Atatürk elections on our own; - implementing a provincial chancery, like Fiôvâ did.
These are the main points of my campaign this term, but remember that I, your Başbakan, am always open to any suggestion, comment or remark that you may have, so citizens feel free to contact me if you have anything to say! I am always at your disposal! Long live our glorious province!
