IAC #001: Province Capitals

(IAC stand for I Am Confused.)

While browsing through TalossaWiki, I found out that the provinces have capitals; some of them as it seems. In two cases, it's a building, like in Fiôvâ's case (Mitchell Building) or the Abbavilla/University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Campus (for Cestours) in Atatürk, in two other cases, it's some abstract named place which noone knows where they are specifically (Jahnlähle in M-M, Garibaldi in Benito), and the rest of the provinces don't seem to even have a capital at all (Maricopa, Vuode, Cézembre, Florencia)

So my questions are:

1. Where the hell are Jahnlähle and Garibaldi?
2. Why do Maricopa, Vuode, Cézembre and Florencia not have a capital?
3. What's the point of them to begin with?

Cézembre is a very small island with no population; it is unreasonable for us to have a capital.

The Maritiimi-Maxhestic Capitol Building -- The Mackey/Mitchell Buildings Complex (on Michigan St.)

The Fiôvâ Capitol Building -- The Mitchell Building

So, M-M and Fiôvâ have the same capitols or are these different Mitchell Buildings?

The Mussolini Capitol Building -- Riverside High School

I'm not completely sure on the M-M, Fiôvâ thing; someone from one of those provinces should be able to help you though. Who knows, they might be sharing the building!

You're right about the "Mussolini" Capitol Building--it's been changed in 32RZ18's corresponding El Lexhatx entry F. 11. to Benito.

You're right about the "Mussolini" Capitol Building--it's been changed in 32RZ18's corresponding El Lexhatx entry F. 11. to Benito.

I'm pretty sure that, after Fiôvâ was formed, M-M formally got a new Capitol, but I can't remember where it was.
