Just a question... can people become citizens DURING the election?
If they do, do they have the right to vote in said election?

Just a question... can people become citizens DURING the election? If they do, do they have the right to vote in said election? I believe past practice has been that as long as someone receives their citizenship grant before the Election Deadline, they can vote in the election. Sir Mick or Sir Iustì can correct me if I'm wrong. That question never came up back in the days when citizenship was approved by vote of the Cosa, of course, because back then the last opportunity to gain citizenship before an election was the last Clark of the term.
