Citizens of Talossa. I am replacing the former Minister of Defense Joe Clark with the very capable Troy Bettinger. Troy has already demonstrated his interest in upgrading the Talossan Navy and has contributed signifigantly to the betterment of the Kingdom.
My sincere thanks to Joe Clark for his past service.
Mr. Secretary of State please make note accordingly.

Sir Fritz, and Fellow Citizens - As a loyal Talossan, I accept the duties and responsibilities of this important role for the Kingdom. With God's help, I will serve the Kingdom and defend her from all enemies, foreign and domestic. I also promise to explore cool re-enlistment ceremonies for our troops, to keep up morale. Thank you for your trust. Sincerely, Trotxâ

Congratulations Trotxâ! I completely support everything I have seen on the proposed changes to the Royal Navy. I understand the entire effort is the work of many, but your hard work and attention to detail leave me with a strong sense of reassurance where Talossan defense is concerned. I would be more than happy to serve under you in any capacity, on any level.
Once again, congratulations. This position calls for a good citizen and while I can not speak intelligently about our former MoD, I am absolutely positive we have one of Talossa's very best now.
Sicerely, Joel M. Wood

Congrats and conga-rats Troy! I can't wait to see what ideas you come up with for the defense of Talossa. And to Joe Clark, thank you for your past service as Minister of Defense, it has been appreciated greatly

Not to rain on the parade, but I hope it doesn't get to where people hold multiple-multiple-multiple offices like how it was in the pre-CLP era. That was the corruption that contributed to the forming of the republic. I didn't have a problem with Joe Clark, but let's see how the new guy does. How's the investigation coming along, Troy? We had our differences, but I am a changed Talossan. So I'll say.... Congratulations on your appointment

Does Talossa require military service?

Congratulations Trotxâ! I am confident that Kingdom and Crown are in excellent hands. We'll have to have another mini Talossa-West to celebrate the rapid growth out here, and your awesome new job. I'll get the first round of currency. ~PW

Thank you, your Lordship! Does Talossa require military service? No, we have a volunteer force. The Navy is allowed to impress cestours, but not citizens. I do have two ideas that I hope to codify soon, with the able assistance of Lord Q and S:reu Siervicül. I shall announce these in a speech to the nation. Trotxâ

Hmm First off, how can you appoint someone from your opposition party? Someone here 4 months (roughly) is quite new, but for a new era of "not having people hold multiple offices", I feel we are going back into familar patterns! Dean of the college Member of the Cosa Governor - Governor of a province he isn't even a resident of mind you! I had to investigate this matter personally in order to conclusively say that someones a power freak I can also safely say that the CLP foundation of "fighting people holding multiple offices" is a foundation no more unless they wish to be renamed to "the contradiction party" ;D Use your imagination where the L would fit in there Of course I'll probably get trash talked again by the members of talossa corruption, but I'm just saying - It's sort of like me living in New Jersey as the Governor of Alabama while also being a member of the US Congress...oh and dean at like Harvard or something. Ohhh I forgot.. Now he's Secretary of Defense.. What a guy! And he has the tenacity to even imply I'm a power freak when I hold no position of power whatsoever. But god forbid I want to be even JOIN the cosa when there's more then enough seats, right ol' Troy? "I'm sure that the Party Leadership will take your attitude into account." That or you'll tell them, right Troy? Since you got such a hard on for me and all. I think you having all that power is a complete and utter mockery of our 80 citizens (most ever). There's completely no reason in the world for you to have so much power. I'm pretty god damn sick of your games. Now with that said, Have A Nice Day ;D BTW, is that your real picture? You look like a NASCAR driver ha
