Summons To Vote- Seat Limitations Ammendment

As of tommrow, the 14 day waiting period set by our constitution will be up, therefore i Call the commons to Vote for a 14 day period from 14th June 2013 and shall end on Thursday 27th June 2013. the text for the act is as followed:-

Whereas, There is currently no limit to the amount one Ataturk Citizen can Hold in the Commons of Ataturk

Whereas, This can lead to anyone holding a majority, which upsets the balance in the Commons

Whereas, this can be amended before this causes problems or even a kind of political dictatorship

Therefore, we the Commons of Ataturk, Ratified in a Referendum of the Ataturk Citizens Hereby amend Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution from:-

"Members of the House of Commons shall be Atatürkeys in good standing, at least fourteen years of age, and shall not have a criminal record in Talossa"

To now read As,

Members of the House of Commons shall be Atatürkeys in good standing, at least fourteen years of age, and shall not have a criminal record in Talossa, AND SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HOLD MORE THAN 4 SEATS IN THE COMMONS.

This is the Will of the Commons, and Citizens of Ataturk

I vote CONTRÂ. Until we reach the time when we have more regularly participating Atatürkeys in the HoC, this amendment will unnecessarily restrict business.

EDIT: By the way, where was the email summons to vote? You made a big deal to collect emails for this exact purpose. I never got one. I even checked my Spam folder.

Sorry ive just not had much time online. so ive just been checking things every now and then. i would have if id been able to. i hope to have more time in talossa soon. but im not sure when.

also the way im proposing this ammenment will not effect business to much in all fairness. its just saying that the house requires a minimum of 5 members. for if no one had no more tgan 4 seats. were a 20 seats HoC it will just refine the commons. Also why wait to fix a problem for when its too late? i belive it is better to fix the problems BEFORE they become an issue so on this i vote PER
