I'm sure I'll learn better after the fact, though.
The Inside Joke About Belgium (i) Act
WHEREAS, only Fiovans will understand what this resolution is truly about, and
WHEREAS, this is apparently the will of the Fiovan people, and
WHEREAS, it is on the day of the adoption of this resolution that they will say that the war on smugness started, and
WHEREAS, the General Assembly hasn't had much business to attend to recently, and
WHEREAS, since our Cunstaval probably wouldn't understand what this is all about, and
WHEREAS, that doesn't really matter anyway, now
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the General Assembly of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, for its members are uniquely placed to resolve such matters, that Belgium started it.
Royal assent granted and enacted into law Monday, the fifteenth of July, 2013.
