Citizens of Fiôvâ, I come before you today asking for you to consider re-electing me as Capitán of the Free Province. Under my leadership this province has legally become the best province as a result of unbiased consideration by our General Assembly. It was under my leadership that Fiôvâ has fought for its republican heritage and identity, and it will be under my leadership that Fiôvâ will continue to do so. Experience:- Currently serving as the province's first elected Capitán
- Served as the youngest Seneschal in the Talossan Republic
- Has held a variety of Ministerial portfolios in the Talossa Republic
- Currently serving as Túischac'h of the Cosa
- Has sat in the Cosa for 3 consecutive terms having sponsored or co-sponsored many bills
- Currently serving as Party Leader of the ZRT
- Founder and leader of the Federalist Party prior to its dissolution
Objectives:- To form a Provincial Ministers' Council/League of Provinces to aggregate ideas over best practice/receiving support from the national government
- To maintain provincial autonomy
- To increase the number of provincial activities available to citizens
- To streamline and iron out some of the bumps in the GA's standing orders and our Constitution
- To initiate a discussion on petitioning the King to appoint only a Cunstaval who has been approved by the provincial population first, or otherwise call for reform in the Cosa by proposing a law which enables our province to do so
I am more than happy to accept questions! Thank you for reading.

Yes, one question - is "maintaining provincial autonomy" opposed to my idea of provincial mergers for the benefit of more sustainability of the provincial layer or our nationette, or does it just mean that you are wanting to cut back influences of the "federation" above the provinces?

The latter, though I would like to keep Fiova out of any such mergers. I like our republican culture, and I think we would lose that in a merger.
