I would like to thank Magistrate Asmourescu and the Cort dels Edilicieux for its time and consideration of this case.

Having carefully studied and considered the judgement by Magistrate Asmourescu, I believe there is a number of significant grounds to appeal this case, including (but not limited to) errors of fact , law, its application and procedure.

Therefore, pursuant to Section 5 of 39RZ18, I do hereby file a notice of appeal with the Clerk of the Court and ask that he bring this appeal to the appellate court as soon as possible. I also hereby give notice to all parties concerned of my intention to appeal this judgement.

I will be filing my full reasons for appeal in due course (hopefully over the weekend & time permitting) and such reasons will also be posted in this thread, for reference and posterity.
